严肃党内政治生活是消解内耗的“良策”

【摘要】：干部内耗使得党政机关内部处于不和谐或无序的状态之下,极易造成团队的凝聚力下降、内部矛盾激发。消解干部内耗是当前党的建设需要重点关注的问题。党内政治生活凭借其鲜明的政治属性、组织属性和规范属性对党员干部进行思想教育、提出政治要求、形成纪律约束,能够有效消解干部内耗。
[Abstract]:The internal friction of cadres makes the internal party and government organs in disharmony or disorder, which can easily lead to the decline of the cohesion of the team and internal contradictions. Eliminating the internal friction of cadres is the problem that the party construction needs to pay attention to. The inner-party political life with its distinct political attributes, organizational attributes and normative attributes can effectively eliminate the internal friction of cadres by carrying out ideological education, putting forward political requirements and forming discipline constraints.
