抗战时期中共群众路线的具体实践与当代意蕴

【摘要】：抗战时期,中共不仅在理论上形成了完整的“一切为了群众,一切依靠群众,从群众中来,到群众中去”的群众路线,而且在实践中将“一切为了群众”的价值目标具体体现为将维护中国人民生存与发展根本利益的民族解放战争与发展民主、改善民生相结合;将“一切依靠人民群众”的马克思主义基本原理广泛运用于政治、经济、军事等各个领域,成为发动群众、组织群众、战胜敌人的有效武器;将“从群众中来,到群众中去”的根本工作方法作为一系列具体方针政策制定的基本依据,实现了中共领导与群众路线运用的良性互动,从而为抗战胜利奠定了坚实基础。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, the Communist Party of China not only formed a complete mass line of "everything for the masses, everything relying on the masses, coming from and going to the masses". And in practice, the value goal of "all for the masses" is embodied in the combination of the national liberation war and the development of democracy, which will safeguard the fundamental interests of the Chinese people's survival and development, and improve the people's livelihood. The basic Marxist principle of "relying on the masses of the people" has been widely used in political, economic, military and other fields to become an effective weapon for mobilizing the masses, organizing the masses, and defeating the enemy; and will "come from among the masses". The basic working method of going to the masses, as the basic basis of a series of concrete principles and policies, has realized the benign interaction between the CPC leadership and the use of the mass line, thus laying a solid foundation for the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan.
