新中国初期新闻宣传的价值重塑与体制重构

【摘要】：新中国初期,中国共产党面临国际上美苏两种力量泾渭分明的抗争格局与国内新生政权亟待巩固的严峻挑战,党的新闻宣传承担着确立社会主义意识形态,赢得国内民众和国际社会对新生政权认同的历史使命。为此,党对新闻宣传开展全面价值重塑与体制重构,确立马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,构建中国特色马克思主义新闻宣传思想体系,彻底改造旧有新闻宣传体制,确立党管宣传基本制度,形成了以党报为主体的社会主义新闻宣传事业一元化格局。新的价值理念和宣传体制有力推动了马克思主义意识形态和社会主义价值观的广泛传播,为新生政权巩固和新的国家形象塑造发挥了重要作用,其基本价值与基本体制影响至今。
[Abstract]:In the early days of New China, the Communist Party of China was faced with a clear pattern of struggle between the United States and the Soviet Union in the international arena and a severe challenge to the consolidation of the new domestic regime. The Party's news and propaganda were bearing the responsibility of establishing socialist ideology. The historical mission of winning the recognition of the new regime by the domestic people and the international community. To this end, the Party has carried out a comprehensive reconstruction of the value and system of news propaganda, established the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field, constructed a Marxist propaganda and ideological system with Chinese characteristics, and thoroughly reformed the old news propaganda system. The establishment of the basic system of party management and propaganda has formed a unified pattern of socialist news and propaganda with the party newspaper as the main body. The new value concept and propaganda system have greatly promoted the widespread dissemination of Marxist ideology and socialist values, and played an important role in consolidating the new regime and shaping the new national image. Its basic value and basic system influence up to now.
