马克思人学理论视阈下腐败现象的生成逻辑与反腐路径

【摘要】：人的腐败是公权腐败的先声,作为人偏离了应有的发展轨道,作为官员自然难以严格按照制度规范行使手中的公权力。人是多维一体的现实人,是自然维度、自由维度、社会维度、劳动维度的辩证统一。人的腐败是在人的多维发展中历史生成的,是人在某个或多个维度上偏离正确轨道的结果。因而,反腐败必须从人的现实出发,遵循人的发展规律,将物质支撑、信仰提升、制度规范、价值引领相结合作为系统工程整体推进。任何试图寻找腐败的绝对根源从而一劳永逸地解决问题的想法都是徒劳无益的,任何单独的反腐举措都只具有有限的意义。
[Abstract]:Human corruption is the forerunner of public power corruption. As human beings deviate from the proper development track, it is naturally difficult for officials to exercise their public power strictly in accordance with system norms. Man is a multi-dimensional reality person, is the dialectical unity of nature dimension, freedom dimension, social dimension and labor dimension. Human corruption is the result of human's deviation from the correct track in one or more dimensions. Therefore, anti-corruption must proceed from the reality of human beings, follow the law of human development, combine material support, belief promotion, system standard and value guidance as a whole of system engineering. Any attempt to find the absolute root causes of corruption in order to solve the problem once and for all would be futile, and any separate anti-corruption effort would have limited significance.
