构建城乡统筹基层党建新格局——以张家口为例

【摘要】：构建城乡统筹的基层党建新格局,是在新形势下顺应城乡党建一体化发展趋势的必然选择。加强基层党建工作,不仅要勇于打破传统的城乡分割的基层党建结构,更要通过统筹城乡人才资源库,构建城乡一体的人才发展规划,完善党建资源共享机制,搭建城乡教育培训公共服务平台,创新城乡结对共建模式,最终实现城乡统筹的基层党建新格局的构建。
[Abstract]:It is an inevitable choice to build a new pattern of grass-roots party building in accordance with the development trend of integration of urban and rural party construction under the new situation. To strengthen the work of party building at the grass-roots level, we should not only dare to break the traditional grass-roots party building structure which is divided between urban and rural areas, but also build a talent development plan that integrates urban and rural areas by coordinating the pool of talent resources between urban and rural areas, so as to improve the sharing mechanism of party building resources. To build the public service platform of urban and rural education and training, to innovate the mode of urban and rural co-construction, and finally to realize the construction of a new pattern of grass-roots party building as a whole in urban and rural areas.
