用“贤”者勿用“闲”者

【摘要】：正当前,有极少数地方和单位在用人导向上出现了偏差,用"闲"者而不用"贤"者。有的察人不准,用"闲"代"贤",错把那些为自己仕途升迁打牢基础、避免过早暴露才华而引起领导猜忌和竞争对手关注、只完成一把手交代的工作而对其他工作不闻不问、有意装"闲"者的干部,当作"贤"者来用;错把那些一心讨好领导、能为领导办事,但不敢担当、不敢作
[Abstract]:Some inspectors are not allowed to use "leisure" instead of "virtuous". They mistakenly lay a solid foundation for the promotion of their official career, avoid premature exposure of talent and arouse suspicion of leaders and concern of competitors, and only complete the work assigned by the first-class to other workers. Cadres who disregard and pretend to be idle are used as "virtuous" cadres; those who are bent on flattering the leadership and can do things for the leadership are mistaken, but they dare not undertake and dare not do so.
