廉洁型政党的内涵及其建设

【摘要】：反对腐败、建设廉洁政治,保持党的肌体健康,是我们党一贯坚持的鲜明政治立场。要保持和发展党的先进性和纯洁性,确保党始终成为中国特色社会主义事业的坚强领导核心,巩固党的执政地位更好造福人民,必须建设廉洁型政党。坚定理想信念、坚持科学理论武装是建设廉洁型政党的灵魂工程,抓住"关键少数"、建设廉洁型干部队伍是建设廉洁型政党的关键所在,严肃党内政治生活是建设廉洁型政党的基础,密切联系群众、加强人民群众监督是建设廉洁型政党的生态要件,提高制度化、组织化水平是建设廉洁型政党的制度和组织保证。只有这样才能持续增强依法依规以德保廉护廉的合力,构建廉洁型政党、廉洁型政府、廉洁型社会和廉洁型国家建设相辅相成的廉洁共同体。
[Abstract]:Opposing corruption, building clean politics and maintaining the health of the Party are our party's clear political stand. In order to maintain and develop the advanced nature and purity of the Party, to ensure that the Party will always become the core of strong leadership in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and to consolidate the ruling position of the Party for the benefit of the people, it is necessary to build a clean political party. It is the soul project of building a clean political party to firmly hold the ideal and belief and persist in scientific theory armed forces. The key to building a clean political party is to grasp the "key minority" and to build a contingent of clean cadres. Serious inner-party political life is the foundation of building incorruptible political party, close contact with the masses, strengthening the supervision of the masses is the ecological elements of building the incorruptible political party, improving the institutionalization, and the organizational level is the system and organizational guarantee of the construction of the incorruptible political party. Only in this way can we continue to strengthen the joint force of protecting integrity according to law, building a clean political party, a clean government, a clean society and a clean country.
