【摘要】：党对军队的绝对领导,是人民军队创建和发展的根本原则。在这一根本原则的提出和确立过程中,毛泽东作出了重要的历史贡献。早在大革命时期,毛泽东就认识到,领导权问题不在人数多少,而在是否具有绝对领导地位和实际上的领导。大革命失败后,毛泽东等人在创建人民军队过程中,首先就确定了共产党的绝对领导地位,明确把共产党的绝对领导作为人民军队的最本质属性。党对军队的绝对领导这一原则的确立,经历了严酷战争的洗礼,以及是"司令部对外"还是"党组织对外"、是"个人领导"还是"党的领导"等不同指导思想上的反复较量,通过实践的长期检验和反复教育才逐步确立下来。古田会议明确提出并确定了党对军队的绝对领导原则,对这一原则在人民军队巾的逐步确立起了奠基作用。在其后的重大历史关节点上,毛泽东始终强调党对军队的绝对领导,不断重申"我们的原则是党指挥枪,而决不容许枪指挥党",提出"领导我们事业的核心力量是中国共产党","军委是在党中央的领导之下进行工作"等重要论断。党对军队的绝对领导,是人民军队的优良传统、根本原则、立军之本和建军之魂。
