关于领导干部作风建设的调研报告——基于山西省244名县处级领导干部的问卷分析

【摘要】：为及时了解县处级干部关于山西领导干部作风建设的总体评价、问题关注和对策建议,近期,课题组对在山西省委党校学习的244名县处级领导干部进行了问卷调查。结果显示,大家总体评价作风建设成效显著变化大,省委采取的一系列举措作用突出,干部队伍的信心精神较充足;同时,认为作风问题具有顽固性和反复性,当前作风建设仍存在不少较突出问题,需要客观分析、勇于面对和着力解决;针对当前作风建设存在的问题,需要认清作风建设新趋势和省委的部署要求,从各方面持续加紧努力,不断提升干部作风建设新水平、新成效。
[Abstract]:In order to understand in time the overall evaluation of Shanxi leading cadres' style construction, the problems concerned and the countermeasures and suggestions, a questionnaire survey was conducted recently among 244 county and departmental leading cadres studying in the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee Party School. The results show that the overall evaluation of the work style has greatly changed, the series of measures taken by the provincial party committee have played a prominent role, and the confidence of the cadre team is relatively adequate. At the same time, they believe that the work style problem is obstinate and repetitive. There are still many outstanding problems in the construction of the current style of work, which require objective analysis, courage to face and resolve the problems existing in the construction of the current style of work, and a clear understanding of the new trend of the construction of the style of work and the requirements of the provincial party committee for its deployment. We will continue to step up our efforts in all fields and continuously improve the work style of cadres at a new level and with new results.
