大学生党员党章意识培育研究

【摘要】：大学生党员的党章意识是关于大学生党员的党章思想、观念和心理的总称。党章意识的具体包括先进性意识、宗旨意识、使命意识、纪律意识等,培育大学生党员的党章意识重点就是要培育大学生党员的这些意识。大学生党员党章意识培育是加强党的自身建设的重要保障,是完成高校培养任务的有力支撑,是提高党员党性修养的迫切需要。在理论研究和对已有问卷借鉴学习的基础上,编制大学生党员党章意识现状的调查问卷,对四川省6所高校的部分大学生党员进行调查。从先进性意识、宗旨意识、使命意识和纪律意识、党章意识教育五个方面调查大学生党员党章意识的现状。调查研究显示:大学生党员党章意识现状总体上良好,但有少部分大学生党员对党章不够熟悉、先进性不突出、苦乐观不当、共产主义信仰不坚定、羞耻感不足、纪律性不强、部分先进性、宗旨、使命、纪律的践行有待进一步提高等。在这一基础上,探讨分析了大学生党员党章意识缺失的原因,提出了大学生党员党章意识培育的原则和对策。大学生党员党章意识培育的原则为方向性原则、民主性原则、渗透性原则、示范性原则和激励性原则。大学生党员的培育对策为加强理论学习、深化党章意识,推动自我教育、内化党章意识,保证实践锻炼、外化党章意识,促进方法创新、优化党章意识和增进机制建立、固化党章意识。
[Abstract]:The party constitution consciousness of college student Party member is the general name of the party constitution thought, idea and psychology of the college student party member. The Party constitution consciousness includes the advanced nature consciousness, the tenet consciousness, the mission consciousness, the discipline consciousness and so on. The key point of cultivating the party constitution consciousness of the college student party member is to cultivate these consciousness of the university student party member. The cultivation of the Party constitution consciousness of college students is an important guarantee to strengthen the Party's own construction, a strong support to accomplish the task of cultivating the Party members in colleges and universities, and an urgent need to improve the Party spirit cultivation of the Party members. On the basis of theoretical research and study on the existing questionnaires, the present situation of party constitution consciousness of college students is compiled, and some college students' Party members in 6 universities in Sichuan Province are investigated. The present situation of party constitution consciousness of college students is investigated from five aspects: advanced consciousness, tenet consciousness, mission consciousness and discipline consciousness, and consciousness education of party constitution. The investigation and research shows that the current situation of party constitution consciousness of college students is generally good, but a small number of college students' party members are not familiar with the party constitution, their advanced nature is not prominent, they are not optimistic, their communist beliefs are not firm, their sense of shame is insufficient, and their discipline is not strong. Part of the advanced nature, purpose, mission, discipline practice needs to be further improved. On this basis, this paper probes into and analyzes the reasons for the lack of consciousness of party constitution of college students, and puts forward the principles and countermeasures for cultivating the consciousness of party constitution of college students. The principles of cultivating party constitution consciousness of college students are directionality, democracy, permeability, demonstration and encouragement. The countermeasures for cultivating college students' Party members are to strengthen theoretical study, deepen party constitution consciousness, promote self-education, internalize party constitution consciousness, guarantee practice exercise, externalize party constitution consciousness, promote method innovation, optimize party constitution consciousness and promote the establishment of mechanism. Solidify the consciousness of party constitution.
