构建干部选拔任用“对且好”的闭环反馈机制

【摘要】：正围绕"全面建成小康社会、全面深化改革、全面依法治国、全面从严治党"战略布局,实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,关键在党,关键在人。"用一贤人,则群贤毕至。"选人用人是导向,是标杆,是旗帜。干部选拔任用科学化、制度化关键是要构建"对且好"的闭环反馈机制。
