领导作风的积弊与除弊之悟

【摘要】:正领导机关转变作风,就是要把下属的利益需求和期盼作为开展工作的出发点和落脚点,在实际工作中为基层办实事、为下属解难题,增进感情、改进作风。感悟一:领导干部只有不摘"无花之果",机关才能不开"无果之花"。每个领导干部都应该盯着机关"甜果不多,苦果不少"的问题,改进自身"只看结果,不看过程"的功利主义作风作为领导干部,要善于"把脉",找准单位建设的关节点,抓住机关建设的"短板"和"瓶颈",不搞"政绩
[Abstract]:To change the style of work of leading organs, it is necessary to take the interests and expectations of subordinates as the starting point and foothold of the work, to do practical work for the grassroots in actual work, to solve problems for subordinates, to enhance their feelings, and to improve their style of work. Perception 1: leading cadres can not open "fruitless flowers" until they do not pick the "fruit of no flowers." Every leading cadre should keep an eye on the problem of "few sweet fruits and many bitter fruits" in the organs. As leading cadres, they should improve their utilitarian style of "only looking at the results but not the process." as leading cadres, they should be good at "checking the pulse" and finding the key points in the construction of the units. Grasp the "short board" and "bottleneck" in the construction of government organs, and refrain from doing "political achievements"
