干部需求与公众需求的冲突及调解之策

【摘要】：正干部是群众利益的代言人、公共服务的供给者,为群众服务,代群众维权,反映群众心声。然而,在实际生活中,干部的需求与群众的需求又不尽一致,甚至相互冲突,造成干群关系紧张、对立。那么,干部需求与群众需求有哪些冲突,又该如何调解呢?一、干部与群众的需求冲突一是干部渴望尊重的需求与公众发泄不满情绪需求的冲突。干部也是人,也有七情六欲,也渴望人格
[Abstract]:The official is the spokesman of the masses' interests and the provider of the public service, serving for the masses, defending the rights of the masses and reflecting the aspirations of the masses. However, in actual life, the needs of cadres and the masses are inconsistent, even conflicting, resulting in tension and opposition between cadres and the masses. So, what are the conflicts between the needs of cadres and the needs of the masses, and how to mediate them? First, the conflict between the cadres and the masses is the conflict between the cadres' desire to respect and the public's need to vent their discontent. Cadres are human beings, have seven feelings and six desires, and crave personality.
