加强基层服务型党组织建设问题的理论探讨

【摘要】：改革开放以来,加强基层服务型党组织建设。"深刻理解与执行好十八大提出加强基层服务型党组织建设的要求,对企业基层党组织转变工作观念、创新工作方法影响深刻、意义重大。在企业中开展建设基层服务型党组织活动,是企业党组织发挥政治核心作用、凝聚职工群众力量、推动企业和谐稳定发展的重要载体,中国共产党的基层组织是党在社会基层组织中的战斗堡垒,是服务群众和做群众工作的中心和核心,是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。加强基层服务型党组织建设是中国共产党加强自身建设的优良传统、鲜明特色和成功经验。
[Abstract]:Since reform and opening up, strengthen grass-roots service-oriented party organization construction. It is of great significance to understand and implement well the requirements of strengthening the construction of service-oriented party organizations at the grass-roots level, which will have a profound impact on the transformation of working concepts and innovative working methods of the grass-roots party organizations in enterprises. The construction of grass-roots service-oriented party organizations in enterprises is an important carrier for the party organizations to play a central role in politics, rally the masses of workers, and promote the harmonious and stable development of enterprises. The grass-roots organization of the Communist Party of China is the fighting fortress of the Party in the social grass-roots organization, the center and core of serving the masses and doing the mass work, and the foundation of the whole work and combat effectiveness of the Party. It is a fine tradition, distinctive characteristic and successful experience for the Communist Party of China to strengthen its own construction.
