【摘要】：中国共产党领导权的确立是在马克思主义基本理论的指导下,中国共产党充分发挥主观能动性做出的历史性选择。"思想建党"原则实质上是对马克思主义中的阶级斗争和建党理论的丰富和发展。这一原则要求党必须加强作风建设与党性修养锻炼。党的群众路线和群众工作是党确立领导权的重要方式,它是党的政治资本。党的作风、修养、群众路线所形成的党的政治传统,对党执政后的现代国家建设与政治发展产生了深远的影响。
