网络化利益表达存在的问题与治理路径

【摘要】：网络化利益表达在我国迅速兴起,它在提高利益表达效能、实现话语权向下让渡、知情权得以保障和获得自由表达空间的同时,也存在表达监管困难、表达主体性缺失和表达要求分散等方面的问题。其治理路径需从树立科学化的网络治理理念、对网络化利益表达进行规治、构建利益综合与回应机制等几个方面入手。
[Abstract]:The network interest expression is rising rapidly in our country. It not only improves the efficiency of interest expression, realizes the right of speech to be transferred down, but also has the difficulty of expression supervision while the right to know can be guaranteed and the space of free expression can be obtained. The lack of subjectivity and the dispersion of expression requirements. Its governance path should start from several aspects, such as setting up scientific concept of network governance, regulating the expression of network benefits, constructing the mechanism of synthesizing and responding to the interests, and so on.
