国际视野下反腐合作机制的构建

【摘要】：反腐国际化是当前我国反腐斗争的一个重要特征。开展国际反腐合作面临着一系列的现实挑战,主要包括不同意识形态的矛盾与冲突、中西方法律理念的差异、国际司法合作互信机制缺乏以及域外追逃执法环境复杂等问题。为了有效应对这些挑战,在国际反腐合作中,应当坚持求同存异,建立完善的国际协调机制,发挥国际组织的作用,同时,还应加快我国司法制度改革,强化我国国际规则的塑造力。
[Abstract]:The internationalization of anti-corruption is an important feature of our country's anti-corruption struggle. International anti-corruption cooperation is facing a series of practical challenges, including contradictions and conflicts of different ideologies, differences in legal concepts between China and the West, lack of mutual trust mechanism in international judicial cooperation and complex environment of law enforcement outside the country. In order to effectively meet these challenges, in international anti-corruption cooperation, we should persist in seeking common ground while reserving differences, establish a sound international coordination mechanism, and give play to the role of international organizations. At the same time, we should also speed up the reform of our judicial system. Strengthen the shaping force of China's international rules.
