[Abstract]:With the increasing selection of young cadres, a large number of young cadres stepped into leadership positions. In practice, young cadres should "four precepts" if they want to grow up better and faster. One precepts on one's own high. Some young cadres tend to look down on this and that because they are good at their studies. As a result, they push themselves to the right of everyone.
