党建好不好,群众说了算——江苏省海安县党建工作“第三方满意度测评”探索

【摘要】：江苏省海安县委托第三方调查机构,对全县10个区镇基层党建群众满意度进行测评,并把其作为全县基层党建综合评价体系中的重要一环。"第三方满意度测评"既检验了基层党建工作的成效,也实现了以满意度测评倒逼基层党组织服务功能提升,增强了人民群众对党建工作的获得感。
[Abstract]:Haian County, Jiangsu Province, commissioned a third-party investigation organization to assess the satisfaction of the masses of grass-roots Party building in 10 districts and towns of the county, and regard it as an important part of the comprehensive evaluation system for grass-roots party building in the whole county. " The third party satisfaction evaluation "not only tests the effect of the Party building at the grass-roots level, but also forces the service function of the grass-roots party organization to be improved by the satisfaction evaluation, and strengthens the people's sense of obtaining the Party building work."
