反腐败的双动力机制:境外追逃与境内反腐

【摘要】：以习近平为总书记的新一届中央领导集体高度重视反腐败工作。为彻底清除腐败,在国内采取高压态势的同时,又加强海外追逃追赃工作。境内打虎和境外猎狐在多方面形成合力,推动反腐败向纵深方向发展。由于追逃追赃工作的高成本,反腐败还应标本兼治,着力于防范外逃和清除腐败,建立完善的预防腐败机制,建立廉洁政府与社会。
[Abstract]:The new central leadership with Xi Jinping as general secretary attaches great importance to anti-corruption work. In order to thoroughly clean up corruption, the domestic high-pressure situation, but also strengthen overseas pursuit of stolen goods. Domestic tiger and overseas fox hunting in many ways to form a joint effort to promote the development of anti-corruption to the depth of the direction. Because of the high cost of pursuing the stolen goods, anti-corruption should be dealt with both at both the root and the root. It should focus on preventing flight and eliminating corruption, establishing a perfect mechanism to prevent corruption, and establishing a clean government and society.
