遏制塌方式腐败的对策研究

【摘要】：正2014年10月25日,王岐山在中共第十八届中央纪律检查委员会第四次全体会议上的讲话中首次提到塌方式腐败,用它来描述某些地方、部门党政干部腐败的广度和深度。可见,这是一个深具纪检工作特色的用语,用来形容群体腐败在被查处之后呈现出来的结果和状态。塌方式腐败在本质上是群体腐败,指某个或某些部门的党政工作人员大规模或集体从事腐败活动。
[Abstract]:On October 25, 2014, Wang Qishan, in his speech at the fourth plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee for discipline Inspection, referred for the first time to corruption in the collapse mode, which is used to describe the breadth and depth of corruption among party and government cadres in certain places. Thus, it is a term characterized by discipline inspection, which is used to describe the results and status of group corruption after being investigated and dealt with. Collapsing corruption is essentially group corruption, which refers to the large-scale or collective corrupt activities of party and government personnel in one or some departments.
