【摘要】：在基层反腐败斗争中,全国人大立法机关可以发挥积极作用,治标与治本相结合,点面结合,重点突出,充分调动全社会参与反腐败活动的积极性。继续解放思想,转变政府职能,简政放权,扩大信息公开范围。
[Abstract]:In the struggle against corruption at the grass-roots level, the legislature of the NPC can play an active role in combining the treatment of symptoms with the treatment of the root causes, combining points with each other, giving prominence to the key points, and fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of the whole society to participate in anti-corruption activities. Continue to emancipate the mind, change government functions, simplify power, and expand the scope of information disclosure.
