【摘要】：正加强党内政治文化建设,积极培育风清气正的党内政治文化,需要从广义上来理解"文化"的内涵,确立一种价值、制度、行为相统一的党内政治文化观。在这样的一种文化观中,价值是基础,在整个文化体系中起到灵魂的作用。这里的价值主要是指每一位共产党员特别是党员领导干部对于党的性质、宗旨、任务等具有一以贯之的坚定信仰。在我们国家,共产党是执政党,因而这样的信仰还要体现在共产党人关于理想政治
[Abstract]:It is necessary to understand the connotation of "culture" in a broad sense and establish a concept of inner-party political culture with the unity of value, system and behavior. In such a cultural view, value is the basis and plays a soul role in the whole cultural system. The value here mainly means that every Communist Party member, especially the leading cadre of the Party member, has a consistent and firm belief in the nature, purpose, and task of the Party. In our country, the Communist Party is the ruling party, so this kind of belief must be reflected in the communist party about the ideal politics.
