着力增强党的自我净化、完善、革新和提高能力

【摘要】：党内政治生活的性质和特点决定,改善党内政治生活的着力点不是直接完成党各项具体任务,而是要增强党的自我净化、自我完善、自我革新、自我提高能力,强健党的机体,从而为完成这些任务提供可靠的组织保障。新形势下,加强和规范党内政治生活,应突出重点。要着力增强党自我净化能力,加强拒腐防变和抵御风险能力,畅通党内监督和举报机制,完善容错纠错机制,严明党的政治纪律。要着力增强党自我完善能力,严格遵循党章和党的基本路线,增强自我反省机制,坚决贯彻落实民主集中制原则。要着力增强党自我革新能力,提高党的自我革新意识,坚持解放思想,充分调动广大党员的积极性、主动性和创造性,形成自我革新的民主氛围。要着力增强党自我提高能力,加强党内学习,善于总结经验教训,密切联系群众,领导干部率先垂范。
[Abstract]:The nature and characteristics of inner-party political life determine that the focus of improving inner-party political life is not to directly complete the specific tasks of the Party, but to strengthen the Party's self-purification, self-improvement, self-innovation, self-improvement, and strengthening the Party's body. Thus providing reliable organizational support for the completion of these tasks. Under the new situation, strengthening and standardizing the political life within the Party should give prominence to the key points. Efforts should be made to strengthen the Party's ability to purify itself, strengthen its ability to resist corruption, prevent corruption and resist risks, unblock the inner-party supervision and reporting mechanism, perfect the fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism, and strictly enforce the party's political discipline. Efforts should be made to strengthen the Party's ability to improve itself, strictly follow the party constitution and the party's basic line, strengthen the self-examination mechanism, and resolutely implement the principle of democratic centralism. It is necessary to strengthen the Party's ability of self-innovation, improve the Party's consciousness of self-innovation, persist in emancipating the mind, fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the broad masses of Party members, and form a democratic atmosphere of self-innovation. Efforts should be made to strengthen the Party's ability to improve itself, strengthen inner-party study, be good at summing up experience and lessons, closely connect with the masses, and lead cadres to set an example.
