【摘要】：要走好网上群众路线,要理清思路,把互联网从最大"变量"转化为最大的"正能量";因势利导,提升网络舆论引导能力,让互联网成为"阿里巴巴的宝库";发挥优势,充分挖掘互联网产业效益,提升网络空间蕴含的生产力;应势治理,建立互联网综合管理体系,营造风清气正的网络空间。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to take the mass line of the Internet well, clear out the train of thought, transform the Internet from the largest "variable" into the largest "positive energy", guide the situation, promote the ability of guiding public opinion on the network, and make the Internet "the treasure house of Alibaba". Give full play to the advantages, fully tap the benefits of the Internet industry, promote the productivity contained in cyberspace, set up a comprehensive management system of the Internet, and create a network space where the wind clears the air and the energy is upright.
