共青团助推青年网络创业就业的有效途径与方法研究

【摘要】：全国网络创业就业总量逾千万人,80、90后青年群体成为网络创业绝对主体。共青团可采取对接倾听青年"最先一公里"和打通政策落地"最后一公里"、选树网络创业典型和表彰电商企业代表、建立培训基地和开展培训志愿服务、完善服务体系和搭建支撑平台、提供创业启动和后续发展保障资金等应对策略,解决网络创业就业的从业需求及主要问题,带动正在创业和有意向创业的青年们共同筑建凝聚青春力量、生机蓬勃的网络生态圈。
[Abstract]:The total number of online entrepreneurship and employment is more than ten million, and the 80, 90-year-old youth group has become the absolute main body of network entrepreneurship.
