探索重大题材精品创作的引导扶持机制

【摘要】：正在社会主义市场经济条件下,如何用好政府之手,引导制作机构创作出思想性、艺术性、观赏性相统一,有筋骨、有道德、有温度的精品力作,是一个重大课题。近年来,我们在重大题材纪录片动画片创作引导扶持方面作了一些尝试,有了一些思考。一、统筹题材规划,增强系统性和科学性精品创作一般需要较长周期,首要问题是如何科学系统规划题材。从2013年开始,国家新闻出版广电总局宣传司全面规划中国梦主题重大题材纪录片动画片创作。经过周密论证和严格程序,确定了重点项目共18部,其中
