[Abstract]:The moderator's statement: the guidelines on political Life within the Party in the New situation (hereinafter referred to as the "New guidelines") adopted by the sixth Plenary session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (hereinafter referred to as the "New guidelines"). It is the embodiment of the combination of ideological building and system governance in the strategic measures of promoting strict Party governance in an all-round way. This institutionalized document is guided by profound ideas, clear-cut questions and clear basic principles.
