内蒙古达拉特旗共青团组织服务青年就业创业问题研究

【摘要】：近年来,受国际金融危机持续影响,我国经济下行压力不断加大,就业形势不容乐观。青年作为就业创业的主体,面临的形势日趋紧张,尤其随着高校应届毕业生人数的逐年增加,许多青年毕业即面临着失业的窘境。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视就业创业工作,李克强总理在2014年夏季达沃斯论坛上提出"大众创业、万众创新"(双创),国家推行一系列促进就业创业的政策措施激发全社会的就业创业热情。各级共青团组织如何找准切入点,围绕中心、服务大局,充分依托国家实施"双创"的政策优势和资源红利,发挥好服务青年职能,为党政分忧、为青年谋利,既是光荣使命,更是急需深入研究和创新的重大战略性课题。本文以内蒙古达拉特旗共青团组织服务青年就业创业工作为切入点进行研究分析。导论部分主要介绍了研究背景和意义、思路方法以及创新与不足。第二部分对共青团组织服务青年就业创业相关概念及基础理论进行了界定。第三部分通过问卷调查的方式,分析了达拉特旗青年就业创业的现状。第四部分从实际出发,深入剖析了当前达拉特旗共青团组织服务青年就业创业主要工作举措及存在的主要问题和原因。最后,重点针对以上问题及原因分析进行对策探索,力求以点带面,举一反三,有所突破。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the continuous impact of the international financial crisis, China's economic downward pressure continues to increase, the employment situation is not optimistic. As the main body of employment and entrepreneurship, young people are facing increasingly tense situation, especially with the increase of the number of fresh graduates in colleges and universities, many young people are facing the dilemma of unemployment after graduation. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to employment and entrepreneurship. Prime Minister Li Keqiang proposed "Mass Entrepreneurship, Mass Innovation" (mass entrepreneurship and innovation) at the Davos Forum in the summer of 2014. The state carries out a series of policies and measures to promote employment and entrepreneurship, and stimulates the enthusiasm of employment and entrepreneurship in the whole society. It is an honorable mission for Communist Youth League organizations at all levels to find the right entry point, revolve around the center, serve the overall situation, fully rely on the policy advantages and resource dividends of the implementation of the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" by the state, give full play to the functions of serving the youth, divide the worries of the party and government, and benefit the youth. It is an urgent need for in-depth research and innovation of major strategic issues. This paper studies and analyzes the youth employment and entrepreneurship work organized by the Communist Youth League of Dalat Banner in Inner Mongolia. The introduction mainly introduces the research background and significance, ideas and methods as well as innovation and deficiency. The second part defines the concept and basic theory of the Communist Youth League organization to serve youth employment and entrepreneurship. The third part analyzes the current situation of youth employment and entrepreneurship in Darat Banner through the way of questionnaire survey. The fourth part, starting from the reality, deeply analyzes the main measures, problems and reasons of the organization of the Dalat Communist Youth League to serve youth employment and entrepreneurship at present. Finally, focus on the above problems and analysis of the causes of countermeasures to explore, strive to point with the surface, three examples, a breakthrough.
