铜陵干部心理健康状况调查

【摘要】：为了解铜陵领导干部心理健康状况,我们对在市委党校学习的283名铜陵干部进行了症状自评量表(SCL-90)测评。统计结果发现,我市领导干部心理健康状况总体上好于普通人群,但有15.55%的干部存在轻度的心理健康问题,极个别干部存在较严重的心理健康问题。建议组织部门在重视各级干部的政治、思想、业务素质的同时还应重视他们的心理健康素质,采取措施对各级干部进行有效的心理保健,提高管理绩效。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the mental health status of the leading cadres in Tongling, we evaluated the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) of the 283 Tongling cadres studied in the Party School of the Municipal Party. The results of the statistics show that the mental health status of the leading cadres in our city is better than that of the general population, but 15.55% of the cadres have mild mental health problems. It is suggested that the organization department should pay more attention to the political, ideological and professional quality of the cadres at all levels, and also pay attention to their mental health quality, take measures to carry out effective psychological health care for cadres at all levels, and improve the management performance.
