【摘要】：正容错纠错机制是干部的"减压阀"面对改革发展的新形势新任务,容错纠错机制在今天显得尤为突出、更加重要。让领导干部轻装上阵是党和人民事业的需要,也是党和人民事业之福。容错纠错机制是干部的"减压阀",为干事创业者减压;容错纠错机制是支持干部勇于担当的"护身符",引导领导干部分得清、看得明干事创业中的失误和违纪违法行为的显著区别。在纪律作风上为干部拧紧螺丝的同时打开干部心锁,为支持改革、埋头苦干的干部保驾护航。——陕西省安康市人
[Abstract]:Positive error-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism is a new task for cadres'"pressure relief valve" in face of the new situation and development of reform and development. Fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism is especially prominent and more important today. It is not only the needs of the Party and people's cause, but also the blessing of the Party and the people's cause to let the leading cadres light up in front of the ranks. The fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism is the "pressure relief valve" of cadres, which can reduce the pressure for the entrepreneurs. The fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism is a "amulet" to support cadres' courage to take on their responsibilities, and to guide leading cadres to distinguish clearly from the obvious differences between mistakes and violations of discipline and law in the course of doing business.
