建设学习型服务型创新型马克思主义执政党研究

【摘要】：建设学习型、服务型、创新型马克思主义执政党是党的十八大提出的新时期党的建设目标，是党的建设领域一次重要的理论创新和实践创新。这一党建目标理论不仅是对党的建设思想体系的继承、丰富和发展，同时也是党对当前时代主题和社会发展要求的积极回应，更将成为党在新的历史时期进行党的建设的总体要求和行动指南，具有非常重要的理论和实践意义。由于这是党的十八大全新提出的一项创新党建目标理论，因此，相关领域的理论和实践研究尚处于起步阶段，进一步探索和研究的空间较为广阔。本文从对学习型、服务型、创新型马克思主义执政党建设思想的内涵分析和意义研究入手，进一步梳理和阐述学习型、服务型、创新型马克思主义执政党建设思想的理论根源，以马克思、列宁的党建思想及执政党理论为研究出发点，着重分析了中国共产党从建立到执政90多年不同历史时期的党建思想的传承和发展，，探索了党在不同的时代背景下党的建设理论的传承性和执政目标的阶段性特点，为学习型、服务型、创新型马克思主义执政党建设思想的合理性提供了理论研究依据。在理论研究的基础之上，本文还对学习型、服务型、创新型马克思主义执政党建设理论的现实必要性进行了分析，从时代发展、社会发展和党的建设现状三个维度对党所面临的新的执政挑战和要求进行了系统阐述，为学习型、服务型、创新型马克思主义执政党建设的必要性提供了现实依据。结合对学习型、服务型、创新型马克思主义执政党建设思想的理论研究和现实分析，本文还对实现学习型、服务型、创新型马克思主义执政党建设目标的具体途径和对策进行了一系列研究。根据学习型、服务型、创新型三者之间的辩证关系，结合当前的世情、国情、党情现状，针对党的建设中存在的突出问题，从不同的角度和层面提出了具体的改革方向和解决对策，并对整体推动学习型、服务型、创新型马克思主义执政党建设的发展提出了实现方案，实现了对学习型、服务型、创新型马克思主义执政党建设思想研究从理论到实践的升华，完成了本文的研究目标，对全面提升党的建设科学化水平、确保党始终成为中国特色社会主义的坚强领导核心作出了一些有益的贡献。
[Abstract]:Building a learning-oriented, service-oriented and innovative Marxist ruling party is the goal of party building in the new period put forward by the 18th CPC National Congress, and is an important theoretical and practical innovation in the field of party building. This theory of the goal of party building is not only the inheritance, enrichment and development of the ideological system of party building, but also a positive response of the Party to the current theme of the times and the requirements of social development. It will become the general requirement and action guide of party building in the new historical period, and has very important theoretical and practical significance. Since this is a new innovation theory of the Party building goal put forward by the 18th National Congress of the Party, the theoretical and practical research in the related fields is still in its infancy, and the space for further exploration and research is relatively broad. Starting with the analysis and significance of the connotation and significance of the thought of learning, service-oriented and innovative Marxist ruling party construction, this paper further combs and expounds the theoretical roots of the thought of learning, service-oriented and innovative Marxist ruling party construction. Taking Marx, Lenin's thought of party building and the theory of ruling party as the starting point of study, this paper emphatically analyzes the inheritance and development of the thought of party building in different historical periods from the founding of the CPC to the ruling of the Communist Party of China for more than 90 years. This paper explores the inheritance of the Party's theory of party-building and the phased characteristics of the governing goal under different background of the times, and provides the theoretical research basis for the rationality of the construction thought of the ruling party of Marxism in the learning, service-oriented and innovative style. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper also analyzes the realistic necessity of the theory of learning, service-oriented and innovative Marxist ruling party construction, and develops from the times. The three dimensions of social development and the present situation of party building systematically expound the new ruling challenges and requirements faced by the party, which provides a realistic basis for the learning, service and innovation of the construction of the ruling party of Marxism. Combined with the theoretical research and practical analysis of the thought of learning, service-oriented and innovative Marxist ruling party construction, this paper also discusses the realization of learning-oriented, service-oriented, A series of studies have been carried out on the concrete ways and countermeasures of the construction goal of the innovative Marxist ruling party. According to the dialectical relationship among learning, service and innovation, combined with the current situation of the world, the national conditions, and the current situation of the party, this paper aims at the outstanding problems existing in the Party's construction. This paper puts forward the concrete reform direction and solutions from different angles and levels, and puts forward the realization plan for the development of the overall promotion of learning, service-oriented and innovative Marxist ruling party construction, realizing the learning-type, service-oriented, and so-called "learning-oriented" and "service-oriented". The theoretical and practical sublimation of the innovative Marxist thought on the construction of the ruling party has completed the research goal of this paper, and has improved the scientific level of the party building in an all-round way. To ensure that the Party has always been a strong leading core of socialism with Chinese characteristics has made some useful contributions.
