浅析如何提高高校机关党支部组织生活

【摘要】：党支部组织生活是高校机关党建工作的重要内容,组织生活质量的提高是党建工作的重要一环。本文从党支部组织生活创新的背景及重要意义出发,深刻分析了当前高校机关党的基层组织生活的客观现实,在组织生活制度、形式、内容和主体等方面进行了深入探讨,充分考虑时代特征,结合机关工作实际,提出了创新高校机关党的组织生活的具体措施,涵盖制度的健全,方式的创新,内容的丰富、党员主体地位的突出等。
[Abstract]:The organization life of the Party branch is an important part of the Party building work of the institutions of higher learning, and the improvement of the quality of organization life is an important part of the Party building work. Starting from the background and significance of the innovation of the organizational life of the Party branch, this paper deeply analyzes the objective reality of the grass-roots organizational life of the current institutions of higher learning, and probes deeply into the organizational life system, form, content and main body, etc. Considering the characteristics of the times and combining with the reality of the work of the organs, this paper puts forward the concrete measures to innovate the organizational life of the Party in colleges and universities, covering the perfection of the system, the innovation of the way, the enrichment of the contents and the prominence of the main position of the Party members, etc.
