官员干事动力从哪来

【摘要】：正《人民论坛》2015年第22期刊文经济新常态下的当今中国,正处于全面建成小康社会的关键期,广大干部唯有"干在实处,走在前列",积极释放干事创业动力,栉风沐雨,砥砺前行,方才不负重托,不辱使命。随着反"四风"和反腐败斗争的深入开展,官场生态日渐"山清水秀"。但与此同时,一些人以"要求严了"为借口,宣称"干事就难免犯错,不干事才不会违规",抱着"只要不出事、宁愿不做事"的心态,干事创业动力明显不足。纵观新中国成立以来60多年的历史,广大干部对干事创业其实并不陌
[Abstract]:Under the new economic normal of the 22nd Journal of the people's Forum in 2015, China is in a critical period of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, and the vast number of cadres can only "work in practice and walk in the forefront" to actively release the driving force of their officers to start their own businesses and take care of the wind and rain. Hard to move forward, just not heavy trust, not disgrace the mission. With the development of anti-"four winds" and anti-corruption struggle, officialdom ecology is increasingly "beautiful." At the same time, however, on the pretext of "strict requirements," some people declared that "it is inevitable to make mistakes when you do something, and you will not violate the rules if you do not do anything." with the mentality of "as long as nothing happens, you would rather not do something," and the motivation for doing business is obviously insufficient. Throughout the history of more than 60 years since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the vast number of cadres are in fact not dedicated to working and setting up businesses.
