新形势下高校博士生党建工作的问题与思考

【摘要】：博士生教育是我国最高层次的学历教育,博士生培养质量关系到国家未来的发展。博士生党建工作作为博士生教育的重要环节,在高校党建和人才培养工作中占有举足轻重的地位。文章分析了当前高校博士生党建工作面临的形势与任务,指出了博士生党建工作存在的问题与挑战,并就加强和改进高校博士生党建工作提出了思考和建议。
[Abstract]:Doctoral education is the highest level of education in China. The quality of doctoral training is related to the future development of the country. As an important link of doctoral education, the Party construction of doctoral students plays an important role in the Party building and talent training in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the current situation and tasks of doctoral students' party building in colleges and universities, points out the problems and challenges existing in the work of doctoral students' party building, and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening and improving the Party building work of doctoral students in colleges and universities.
