权力政治视角下的特殊利益集团腐败研究

【摘要】：破除利益固化的藩篱、防范和根除特殊利益集团是净化国家政治生态、全面从严治党的必然要求。特殊利益集团获取的非正常、不合法、不合理的利益本身是腐败的主要表现形式,较之个体腐败,这种大规模集体腐败的危害要严重得多。特殊利益集团腐败植根于领导者狭隘的执政基础及其资源和利益分配体制机制的不均状态,因此,需要从体制机制层面、思想文化层面打好治理特殊利益集团腐败的组合拳,从源头上根除特殊利益集团腐败的土壤。
[Abstract]:The prevention and eradication of special interest groups is an inevitable requirement for the purification of the state's political and ecological environment. The abnormal, illegal and irrational interests of special interest groups are the main forms of corruption, and the harm of such large-scale collective corruption is much more serious than the individual corruption. The corruption of special interest group is rooted in the narrow governing basis of the leader and the uneven state of the system mechanism of its resources and interests. Therefore, it is necessary to lay a good way to the combination of the special interest group's corruption from the institutional mechanism level and the ideological and cultural level. The eradication of the soil of the particular interest group's corruption from the source.
