[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward that the rule of law should be used to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance ability. The realization of this goal should be promoted through scientific and efficient innovation in party building. With the profound changes in economy and society, regional party building characterized by openness and pluralism has gradually become an important working mode of party building. In recent years, Zhejiang Province has actively innovated the concept, methods and means of party building at the grass-roots level, and explored the construction of a regional pattern of party building. As an organic part of the work of regionalization party building in Zhejiang Province, Jindong District of Jinhua City takes regionalization party building as the most important thing to lead the construction of new rural community.
