以务实精神合理创设容错机制

【摘要】：建构容错机制本身就是新事物,是一项针对庸政懒政怠政,着力解决不作为、慢作为等病态的政治改革试验。容错是思想解放和政治担当的具体体现,需要政治勇气和魄力,同时也要讲究策略智慧和艺术。与其他改革一样,建构容错机制鼓励创新允许试错,但应务实搞好制度设计,尽量少走弯路,尤其要避免出现方向性大错误。
[Abstract]:The construction of fault-tolerant mechanism is a new thing in itself, and it is a morbid political reform experiment aimed at mediocre politics, idleness and neglect, focusing on solving inaction, slow action and so on. Fault tolerance is the concrete embodiment of ideological liberation and political responsibility, which requires political courage and boldness, as well as strategic wisdom and art. Like other reforms, the construction of fault-tolerant mechanism encourages innovation to allow trial and error, but we should do a good job in system design and try to avoid detours as far as possible, especially to avoid directional mistakes.
