党委书记要当好党建“第一责任人”

【摘要】：正作为一名有29年"岗龄"的国企党委书记,从专职从事党务工作的那一刻起,我就这样问自己:今天我们应该怎样做党委书记?随着全面从严治党要求的落细落实,我更是常常在思考:国企党组织应该怎样落实好"两个责任",党委书记又该怎样当好党建"第一责任人"?实践中我深切体会到,当好"第一责任人",党委书记必须以辩证思维定好位、信念坚定把好关,围绕发展抓党建,抓好党建促发展。党委书记要带头学习、辩证思维、示范引领
[Abstract]:As a 29-year-old secretary of the party committee of a state-owned enterprise, from the moment I was full-time engaged in party affairs, I asked myself: how should we be secretary of the party committee today? With the detailed implementation of the requirements for strict administration of the Party in an all-round way, I am often thinking about how the party organizations of state-owned enterprises should implement the "two responsibilities" well, and how should the Secretary of the Party Committee be the "first responsible person" for party building? In practice, I deeply realize that to be a good "first responsible person", the secretary of the party committee must set a good position with dialectical thinking, firmly close down his beliefs, pay attention to party building around development, and do a good job of party building to promote development. The Secretary of the Party Committee should take the lead in learning, dialectical thinking, demonstration and guidance.
