网络伦理规范建构研究

【摘要】：随着近些年来网络技术的迅猛发展，网络已然成为我们生活中必不可少的一部分，无论是生活、学习、工作，都离不开网络，网络已经对我们的生产和生活方式产生了巨大的影响，也对社会的发展起到了很大积极作用。但是，事物的两面性也很快的显现出来，随着网络大规模的普及，网络社会中出现了很多极端自由主义、无视道德规范、诚信缺失等伦理问题。这些负面的问题与建设和谐的网络社会的目标是背道而驰的，，如果不能好好的解决，必将对网络社会的建构造成不良影响。因此，对于网络伦理的建设越来越受到重视。建构起符合中国特色社会主义发展所需要的并且能够促进人的全面发展的网络伦理规范，是当前亟待解决的一项重要任务。所以，研究网络伦理的建构有着十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文站在马克思主义唯物史观的角度，分析了当前中国网络伦理建构的问题。论文首先探索了网络社会的特点和构成要素；其次对网络伦理的概念及其与马克思主义伦理思想的关系进行了梳理；然后对当代中国存在的网络伦理问题及其原因进行了分析；最后提出了网络伦理建构的原则和具体措施，希望能够为早日实现中国特色的网络伦理体系建构贡献一份力量。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network technology in recent years, the network has become an essential part of our life, whether life, learning, work, can not do without the network. The network has had a huge impact on our production and life style, but also played a great positive role in the development of society. However, the two sides of things also appeared quickly, with the large-scale popularization of the network. In the network society, there are a lot of extreme liberalism, disregard of moral norms, lack of integrity and other ethical issues. These negative problems are contrary to the goal of building a harmonious network society. If it can not be solved properly, it will have a negative impact on the construction of the network society. More and more attention has been paid to the construction of network ethics, which is in line with the needs of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and can promote the overall development of human network ethics. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the construction of network ethics. From the perspective of Marxist historical materialism, this paper analyzes the current problems in the construction of network ethics in China. Firstly, the paper explores the characteristics and constituent elements of the network society; Secondly, the concept of network ethics and the relationship between network ethics and Marxist ethical thought are sorted out. Then it analyzes the existing network ethics problems and their causes in contemporary China. Finally, the paper puts forward the principles and concrete measures of the construction of network ethics, hoping to contribute to the construction of the network ethics system with Chinese characteristics as soon as possible.
