【摘要】：在当前农民家庭的经济生活实践中,家庭伦理同农民家庭的现代化呈现出了有机的"亲和"关系。家庭伦理是传统儒家伦理在农民家庭中的基本表现,它提供了农民家庭经济活动的基本规范,并赋予农民的经济行动以意义,从而形塑了以伦理为本位的农民家庭经济组织。在这种以伦理为本位的农民家庭经济组织中,农民家庭根据不同成员在家庭中的关系地位和身份角色安排家庭分工,普遍形成了"半工半耕"的家庭经济结构。这使得农民家庭能够充分利用市场机会,合理配置家庭劳动力,以实现家庭收入最大化。同时,这也奠定了农民家庭现代化的基础。在家庭继替的过程中,随着家庭财富在代际之间的有序传递,子代家庭得以逐步实现现代化的财富积累。
[Abstract]:In the current practice of the peasant family economy, family ethics with the modernization of peasant family presented the organic affinity relationship. Family ethics is the traditional Confucian ethics basic performance of the farmers in the family, it provides the basic norms of peasant household economic activities, and give farmers economic action with meaning, thus shaping the ethical standard of peasant family economy organization. The ethics based peasant family economic organization, according to the different status of peasant family members in the family relationship and family identity role division, generally formed a "family economic structure work. This makes farmers farming families can make full use of the market the opportunity to realize the rational allocation of household labor, family income maximization. At the same time, it also laid the foundation for the modernization of peasant family. In the family succession process, along with the family property Rich in orderly transmission between generations, the offspring of family to gradually realize the modernization of the accumulation of wealth.
