【摘要】：宋代是古代中国商品经济迅速发展的重要时期,商品经济的发展必然会引起社会变革,而社会变革通常都会导致人们价值观念的更新变化。在宋代这样一个处于变革的时期,随着政治、经济、文化思想各方面的变化与发展,其家训思想也必然会随社会的发展而发展,由此所折射出的宋代家庭生活观念也会随之演变。从家训内容上,也可反映出当时士大夫阶层治家观念和方式方面产生的变化。其主要表现为观念的更新,更加侧重于"治家";家庭治理方式具备了体制化、人性化、经济化及实用化的特点,等等。由此考察该时期士大夫阶层治家方式的变化及形成原因,是很有意义的。
