【摘要】：笛卡尔的作品中包含两种自由概念,一种是无所谓的自由,另一种是自发的自由。对于无所谓的自由又有两种解释,一种是将其解释成能力,另一种是将其解释成状态,而对于自发的自由也有两种解释,一种认为可供选择的可能性是其本质,另一种则认为自主性是其本质。对两种自由的前一种解释是不相容论的观点,后一种解释是相容论的观点。不相容论和相容论的解释方式一直相持不下。通过分析笛卡尔作品中的思想可知,笛卡尔自由意志的相容论解释更能贴近笛卡尔本意。笛卡尔的意志自由是建立在理智基础上的二阶概念,通过这种二阶概念,我们能够理解为什么即使意志受某种人类本性的必然性的制约依然是自由的。
[Abstract]:Descartes' works contain two kinds of concepts of freedom, one is the freedom of indifference, the other is the freedom of spontaneity, and there are two interpretations for the freedom of indifference, one is to interpret it as ability. The other is to interpret it as a state, and there are two explanations for the freedom of spontaneity. One is that the possibility of choice is its essence. The other is that autonomy is its essence. The former interpretation of the two freedoms is incompatible. The latter interpretation is the viewpoint of the theory of compatibility. The way of interpretation between the theory of incompatibility and the theory of compatibility has always been at loggerheads. Through the analysis of the ideas in Descartes' works, we can know. The interpretation of the compatibility theory of Cartesian free will is closer to the original intention of Descartes, through which Cartesian will freedom is a second-order concept based on reason. We can understand why the will is free even if it is bound by the inevitability of a certain human nature.
