【摘要】：随着人类社会快速发展,对自然的不断索取导致生态环境不断恶化,伴随着人们毫无节制的生活方式,患有不孕不育病症的患者逐渐增多,人类辅助生殖技术应运而生,为广大不孕不育家庭带来希望和福音,推动了医疗科学技术的发展和人类社会的进步。人类辅助生殖技术前景光明,但也不断冲击和挑战伦理、道德、社会、法律、文化等诸多领域,带来人工授精和体外受精-胚胎移植等伦理问题,如果不加以分析和解决,必然会影响社会的安定和谐。文章首先介绍了选题背景和选题意义,国内外研究现状以及课题研究的目的和方法。其次,概述了人类辅助生殖技术的定义类型、发展历程及临床应用的价值。再次,总结梳理了人类辅助生殖技术在临床应用中出现的争议较大的伦理问题,并分析讨论了产生上述伦理问题的原因,是由人类辅助生殖技术的内部原因、伦理意识薄弱、相关法律的缺乏和不健全、监督机构监管力度薄弱、科技水平制约所造成。文章最后找出相应的伦理对策,应严格遵守人类辅助生殖技术的伦理原则,并使人类辅助生殖技术始终朝着有利于人类发展的方向前进。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of human society, the unceasing demand for nature leads to the deterioration of the ecological environment. With the unrestrained lifestyle of people, the number of patients suffering from infertility is gradually increasing. Human assisted reproductive technology emerged as the times require, bringing hope and good news for the vast number of infertile families, promoting the development of medical science and technology and the progress of human society. The prospect of human assisted reproductive technology is bright. But it also challenges the ethical, moral, social, legal, cultural and other fields, bringing artificial insemination and in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer and other ethical issues, if not to be analyzed and resolved. It will inevitably affect the stability and harmony of the society. Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic, the research status at home and abroad, and the purpose and methods of the research. Secondly, it outlines the definition types of human assisted reproductive technology. Third, summarized the human assisted reproductive technology in the clinical application of the controversial ethical issues, and discussed the reasons for the above ethical issues. It is caused by the internal reasons of human assisted reproductive technology, weak ethical consciousness, lack and imperfection of relevant laws, weak supervision of supervisory bodies, and the restriction of the level of science and technology. Finally, the article finds out the corresponding ethical countermeasures. The ethical principle of human assisted reproductive technology should be strictly observed and the human assisted reproductive technology should always be advanced towards the direction beneficial to the development of human beings.
