小康文明的伦理条件

【摘要】：小康时代的中国问题不是"中等收入陷阱",而是"小康瓶颈"。作为传统话语,"小康"在逻辑上面临"天下为家"和"礼义以为纪"的文明瓶颈;作为现代话语,"小康"历史地面临话语转换中伦理缺场和伦理供给不足的文明瓶颈。小康时代的特点是"小"而"康","小康瓶颈"是伦理之"小"和经济之"康"的伦理-经济的"科罗拉多大峡谷"。一方面,改革开放以市场经济体制和利益驱动机制释放出人的"最强的动力",但进入小康时代后,以"需要-满足"为逻辑的自然动力将日显其"小";另一方面,科技、经济之"康"使文明发展由"山河时代"向"文化时代"转型,文化需求日见其"大"。文化动力的供需失衡和文化供给危机,生成"小"-"康"瓶颈。小康时代的最大难题是如何通过伦理努力释放人的"最好的动力",并在"最强的动力"与"最好的动力"的辩证生态中推动经济与社会持续、合理发展。我们必须基于中国传统,探索走出"小康瓶颈"的国家文化战略。

As a modern discourse, "well-off" historically faces the civilization bottleneck of lack of ethics and insufficient supply of ethics in discourse transformation. The characteristics of the well-off era are "small" and "healthy", "well-off bottleneck" is the "small" of ethics and the "health" of economy. "the ethic-economic" Colorado Canyon. "on the one hand, The reform and opening up releases the "strongest motive force" of human beings by market economy system and benefit driven mechanism, but after entering the well-off age, the natural motive force with the logic of "needs-satisfaction" will gradually show its "small power"; on the other hand, science and technology, The "health" of the economy has transformed the development of civilization from the "mountain and river times" to the "cultural era", and the cultural demand is becoming more and more "great." the imbalance between supply and demand of cultural power and the crisis of cultural supply and demand, The biggest problem in the well-off age is how to release the "best power" through ethical efforts, and promote economic and social sustainability in the dialectical ecology of "the strongest motive force" and "the best power".
