社会生活背景下规则与美德的深层关系探究

【摘要】：美德伦理学过于重视美德,而规范伦理学过于重视规则。实际上,美德和规则都为人们的社会生活所必需。社会生活在历史性地发展着,人们对规则和美德的要求也会发生变化,而且在不同的社会领域中,人们对规则和美德的要求是不同的。适应于当今社会生活的特点,我们既要强调规则的重要性,又要重视美德的必要性,并融贯地理解规则与美德的深层关系。
[Abstract]:Virtue ethics attaches too much importance to virtue, while normative ethics to rules. In fact, virtue and rules are necessary for people's social life, which is developing in a historic way. People's demands on rules and virtues can also change, and in different social fields, people's demands on rules and virtues are different. Adapted to the characteristics of today's social life, we should emphasize the importance of rules. We should pay attention to the necessity of virtue and understand the deep relationship between rule and virtue.
