中华文化“走出去”与中国价值观的道德诠释

【摘要】：中华文化"走出去"内含中国价值观的道德诠释,而中国价值观的道德诠释又关系到文化"走出去"所必须具备的文化自信,二者密不可分。中国价值观的道德诠释既可以通过传统文化现代性转化的"内向"诠释形式进行,也可以通过文化走出去的"外向"诠释形式进行。它包括两大历史性课题:如何对中华传统价值观进行现代性转化,如何对人类共同价值观进行合理的中国诠释和发展。这是中华文化"走出去"内含的对中国价值观进行道德诠释的"合内外"之道。文化"走出去"作为国家战略,是以"中华民族的伟大复兴"和"全球化的世界新格局"为背景条件和诠释空间,蕴含从"家国天下"到"命运共同体"的价值拓展。由文化"走出去"推进中国价值观的道德诠释,要上升到国家文化战略高度来理解,其关键在于促进文明对话、文化理解和价值共识,重点是"人"的诠释,核心是共同体伦理,根本则在于中国现代性之建构。"走出去"是为了更好地"回家",而只有建立在中国价值观的道德诠释的基础上,中华文化"走出去"才会在伦理上或精神上"回归"。
[Abstract]:The "going out" of Chinese culture contains the moral interpretation of Chinese values, and the moral interpretation of Chinese values is related to the cultural confidence that culture "going out" must possess. The moral interpretation of Chinese values can not only be carried out in the form of "introversion" which is transformed by the modernity of traditional culture, It can also be done in the form of "extroverted" interpretation of culture. It includes two historic topics: how to transform Chinese traditional values into modernity. How to interpret and develop the common values of mankind in China? this is the way of moral interpretation of Chinese values contained in "going out". Culture "going out" is a national strategy. Taking "the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation" and "the new world pattern of globalization" as the background and interpretation space, The moral interpretation of "going out" from culture to promoting Chinese values, in order to be understood from the height of national cultural strategy, the key lies in promoting the dialogue of civilization. Cultural understanding and value consensus, the emphasis is on the interpretation of "human", the core of which is community ethics, The essence lies in the construction of Chinese modernity. "going out" is in order to "go home" better, and only on the basis of moral interpretation of Chinese values can Chinese culture "go abroad" ethically or spiritually "return".
