[Abstract]:On April 2017, sponsored by the Committee of political Ethics of the Chinese Ethical Society, the Ethics Society of Beijing, the Ethics Society of Hebei Province, and the editorial Department of "morality and Civilization" of the Tianjin Academy of Social Sciences, The "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei National Governance and moral Construction Forum", hosted by the Hebei University of Economics and Technology, was held in Shijiazhuang, attended by more than 70 experts and scholars from universities, research institutions and government departments from the three places of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. At present, in the field of national governance in our country, there are many theoretical and practical problems that urgently need ethics to explain and judge.
