【摘要】：商品经济在现代化的潮流下,工具理性高于价值理性,见利忘义导致商业伦理败坏,造成种种社会的不幸事件。本文先对西方"现代性文化"之本质作扼要引述,强调杰出的企业取决于企业的精神文化,文中追溯先秦儒家的基本伦理观念特别论及荀子重视合乎公义的职能分工及报酬正义。强调社会的和谐和共同幸福。在儒学精神传统影响下,历史上出现了儒商典范,本文以安徽儒商为范例。他们在企业伦理中,建立做人应该"忠厚积善"经商应该"诚信交人"的共同原则。接着,本文也标榜了当代的儒商风采,介绍了两岸儒商如何本着儒家伦理的核心价值,创造了一流的企业以及尽善了对社会的责任。
[Abstract]:Under the trend of modernization of commodity economy, instrumental reason is higher than value reason, which leads to the deterioration of business ethics and all kinds of unfortunate events of society. This paper briefly quotes the essence of "modern culture" in the West. Emphasizing that outstanding enterprises depend on the spiritual culture of the enterprise, Tracing back to the basic ethics of Confucianism in the pre-Qin period, this paper especially discusses Xun Zi's emphasis on the just division of functions and the justice of remuneration, emphasizing the harmony and common happiness of the society. Under the influence of the Confucian spiritual tradition, there have been examples of Confucian merchants in history. This paper takes Anhui Confucian merchants as an example. In their corporate ethics, they establish the common principle that a person should be "faithful and good" in business. This paper introduces how Confucian merchants on both sides of the Taiwan Strait have created first-class enterprises and done their best in social responsibility in the light of the core value of Confucian ethics.
