我国“好人”困境及其化解路径的审视

【摘要】：在中国的文化传统中,"好人"主要指乐于奉献社会、热心帮助他人的人。本文认为当前社会背景下,我国"好人"在行为选择时,会产生道德冲突、利益冲突、心理冲突,从而影响"好人"行为的产生,不利于社会主义道德建设与人际和谐。提出要弘扬我国民众乐于助人、争做"好人"的传统美德,需要加强道德建设,健全"好人"奖励与补偿机制,加强舆论宣传与引导。
[Abstract]:In China's cultural tradition, "good people" mainly refer to people who are willing to contribute to the society and are eager to help others. This article holds that under the current social background, the "good people" in our country will have moral conflicts, conflicts of interest and psychological conflicts when they choose their behavior. Therefore, it is not conducive to socialist moral construction and interpersonal harmony to influence the emergence of "good people" behavior. It is suggested that we should strengthen moral construction in order to carry forward the traditional virtues of helping others and striving to be "good people" in our country. Improve the "good people" reward and compensation mechanism, strengthen public opinion propaganda and guidance.
